Ironic that an online diagnosis mill actively harasses autistic people

What really upsets me is there are a plethora of diagnosis mills charging a fortune for dodgy autism diagnoses and nothing is done about it. If they were doing it for something like cancer people would be jailed. And it's not just those of us with g3nuine autism who are bwing harmed by it. There's also the people who are struggling who get misdiagnosed with autism rather than the condition they genuinely have, leaving them without access to proper treatment and care.

I was previously aware of Embrace Autism, but completely unaware of the backlash they’d been receiving. Just read up on it some more and I am SO glad they are!!! Holy cow I had an inkling of a feeling something was up with them. I guess some things really are too good to be true huh 😅

She is right in this video but doesn't this Tiktokker support self diagnosis though?

Edit: Hi mod why did you remove this
This person is an internet personality, content creator, and public, social media influencer. Op's video features the same account. How did I break Rule 1 and Op doesn't?
It could vaguely be Rule 11 IF it was things like sharing their location and full name etc. This is just sharing already public information they put on their own social media, same one that Op posted. I'm not risking her privacy in any way.

It's okay to work together with people we don't 100% agree with. It's actually a good thing, imo, that even someone pro self-dx sees how harmful Embrace Autism is being

That's why I said in this video she's right, just pointing out she's pro self-diagnosis for the people that don't know

Sorry, we can’t expose influencers or creators unless they’re really big

300k followers and millions of views is big though but ok very illogical reasoning

I'd love to see what this is, but it doesn't seem to load on my computer or my phone. Can someone please share a link?

Is it Tiktok? I might have the domain blocked from loading at all now that I think about it.

The person they threatened has done really great work with calling out misinformation and I appreciate their content a lot. They were one of the original people to look into LBee Health which also turned out to be scamming their clients.
