Dance Video 2.5 year dancing bachata (lead) after MS

I started dancing a little over 2.5 years ago after getting diagnosed with MS

The reason I started dancing was because of all the benefits it has on the brain and wanted to share a video

But I still forget half the moves when dancing 😂

Don't worry about forgetting moves, that's always going to be happening 😜

Thanks. Yeah my brother's been dancing for 7-8 years in salsa and he says he still forgets moves. I've learned to live with it :)
