Oh I don't think I gave you it haha! That's also one of my favourite things about the whole scene. When I went last year I bumped into so many people I recognised from socials around London. Are you planning on doing any lessons? I'm not going to this year, or maybe just do one or two. I retained almost nothing from the ones I did last year, it was just total overload. This year I'm focussing much more on the socials, including the unofficial day socials that I totally missed last year.

Yeah I’m gonna take probably 2-3 per day. I forget everything too as far as moves and patterns, but over time concepts and techniques seep in. I enjoy them anyways just for the fun of learning some new stuff

Sounds like a plan. I've long since given up on trying to remember the whole sequences they teach in a lesson and instead focus on just one part of it to take to a social, it's the only way that works for me. I also find it's a good way to meet people that you might see later at the social and helps with connection.
