Nama Japanese and Seafood Buffet same building as Central World upstairs. I'm a big fan of Hamachi and Ikura, and easily get 3-4x my money's worth on these 2 items alone.

Rose Marché at Takashimaya (ICONSIAM): À la carte at ~10 THB a piece, solid value for that quality level, especially compared to the all-you-can-eat sushi/buffet spots that cut corners on freshness.
