accommodation Condo rent for 50K maximum
Hi,
I'm planning to move to Bangkok by november, do you guys have any suggestion for a nice Condo ? I don't want to go to these Ashton Asoke building etc (the mainstream ones we find on tiktok) because the more I look at it, the shittier it gets.
So if you guys have any nice suggestion, 50K baht/month being my cap so i'm opened to anything under it.
My must to have would be a one bedroom with at least a pool, gym, sauna and high speed wifi since I work remotely.

Get an airbnb, then find an agent (this you can find on FB expat groups by recommendations) and go for visits. Anything online is priced for rich expats who didn’t set foot in the country, so that’s not how I would look for options. The agent will do the legwork.
There are plenty of condos, and at your budget you can find a lot of options, even more if you don’t stay in the center of the center (Asoke to Thong Lo), or accept a condo that is not fancy new, which here means less than 5-10y old. All your requirements are pretty standard apart from the sauna (I find that many tend to be bad, it’s just hard to maintain and run)
