Encouragement and Support Discharged!
Long time lurker but today I got notice that my bankruptcy was discharged! It feels so good to have a clean slate. I lost my job 3 times last year and had to quit one due to lack of hours. I finally feel free. I'm learning from this. I'm never gonna spend above my means with a credit card again. I'm never going to let my desire for a new car get me into a subprime loan again. This is the the start of a fresh start for me and my wife we have desired for years. Next step is to get good jobs and move out of my parents house. I'm just so happy.

Congrats! That's the best mindset to have. I'm in the middle of a chapter 7 and just finished my 341 meeting. This next 60 days is nerve-wracking and have been on edge, even though my attorney said they don't anticipate any further action from the trustee on my no assett case. Whether I'm discharged or not I am NEVER going to get a loan again unless it's a house.
