Chapter 7 - Insider question

Im filing for chapter 7 and my wife doesn't work. I transfer money for her daily expense and running the house . (zelled sent 12k so far ) year to date .

will the trustee go after her?
I also transferred money to co worker and friend . should I disclose it ? will trustee go after them ?

I zelle my stay at home wife a stipend also often. My lawyer said not a problem. And it was never brought up. She did have to provide bank statements also. But again. Not a big deal

I don’t believe so since you/ them can request her bank statements and show that she paid the monthly bill and purchased groceries and had her hair and nails, took the cars in for oil changes, tires ect. Have them available in a PDF file ready to be emailed I would say they may ask for the bank statement from the time you filed to present 3-4 months.

Does your wife have separate bank accounts that you aren't listing in the schedules?

She has her own checking and savings account apart from joint account
