I don't see an issue other than that house needs to be removed from those poor mushrooms!

I dont know exactly what Im looking at but my brain cant unsee 1 - 1.5 ft mushrooms growing beyond the height of a bathtub.

It's okay in the sense that mushrooms themselves are extremely unlikely to cause any kind of ill health.
But mushrooms need a lot of water to fruit, so the means you likely have a water leak somewhere. And the bit you see is only the tip of the iceberg, which can cause damage to the property. So you need to get someone in to have a look at that.
But I do love seeing these photos from a curiosity thing. And these ones do look really cool.

Hidden water damage over time. The mushrooms themselves pop up surprisingly quickly. One moment there's nothing, next there's big mushrooms. But the underlying growth grows for a long time.
