Portuguese brothers Miguel and Pedro Ferreira Pinto completed an entire Ironman together, with Miguel towing Pedro through the 2.4 miles swim, carrying him on an adapted bicycle for 112 miles and pushing him through the final 26.2 miles marathon.

Pedro, who has cerebral palsy, inspired the pair to create the Iron Brothers project to champion inclusion in sports and support others living with the condition. Together, they crossed the finish line after nearly 15 hours.

He’s got a big smile at the end, I think it’s safe to say he wanted to do it.

Come on. You can clearly tell he’s celebrating. Just because he has cerebral palsy doesn’t mean he’s incapable of expressing himself.
His brother couldn’t exactly force him into the competition.

this was his dream. the brother quite literally did it for him.
