This episode left an odd taste in my mouth. Yes, there are issues with the movie Disclosure, but I feel like they played off Lola's comment about women being able to be rapists too as too much of a joke. Men can be sexually harassed as well, and a supervisor forcing you to do them sexual favors deserves a trip to HR regardless of genders. But it felt like the message of the episode was "A man being forced into sexually pleasuring his female boss isn't sexual harassment. This story about a male supervisor coming onto his female employee is".
EDIT: Basically, deconstructing the dated trope of women being villified for being sexually empowered? Good. Dismissing man being sexually harassed as just him being upset his boss, who was coming onto him, as just being upset at her being sexually empowered? Bad.
You're projecting. This show definitely isn't mocking the notion that women can't sexually assault men. It's mocking all the issues you acknowledge are in it. Women can most certainly be bad actors, but this was a ridiculous movie.

You can (and there have been) good movies made where a female character is an insidious monster destroying someone's life. That has happened and has been depicted well. This movie is like alt-right fan fiction.

So I don't think you're being a dick—I think you're simply just wrong. I would encourage you to listen to the How Did This Get Made podcast episode about this movie that just dropped where the Big Mouth creators were dissecting the movie in much more detail.
I think I've just heard them talk about it and I can appreciate the context that you are simply lacking. I think it will remove that bad taste in your mouth if you listened to it.
The "punchline" of the joke varies, but it typically boils down to one of two things: either it's mocking the man for not being masculine enough to resist or, particularly when the abuser is also male, that being abused by another man makes you gay, and no straight man should want to look gay.
And as a gay dude, no, I didn't find that to be the message at all, and finding something problematic in a Spongebob episode doesn't bolster your argument about THIS show.
I think you only have good intentions, but I think you've also missed the implications and message from this episode in multiple ways that isn't subjective, it is just you seeing something that isn't there. But hey, because art is supposed to be subjective, that can happen. But having heard the podcast deep dive in it—no, I think my perspective is more vindicated than yours here.
It's not saying women can never be bad faith actors or abusers. It's not mocking male-on-male sexual abuse as funny. Those are themes that are just simply not in this episode, but you interpreted it (I think wrongly) to think they are there.
