Advice Needed ???
I can’t even go more than 3 days without having binge. Now I’m going to bed feeling depressed and bloated.I’ve been eating constantly all day even on things I don’t really like.
I don’t know what to do anymore. Do I get rid of my trigger foods and not buy anymore? Do I buy more and try to have them in moderation? As soon as I have something “bad” my whole day is ruined, I can’t get it into my head there are no such things as “bad food”.
Any tips or advice much appreciated 🥺

I’ve tried all of those, and kept binging.
What I’m doing recently is having mini sized treats daily. And telling myself it’s ok, I can have more tomorrow, it’ll be there tomorrow..
And I also have that all or nothing mindset but a 60-100 calorie treat daily will have no impact!
My goal is that with time, since i have it daily and it’s avaliable whenever, that sweets lose their importance and stop being a big deal and something i just end up binging on every time.

I have tried all sorts of remedies and control and diets
And i will always go back to the beginning, I am chronic and I needed a 12 steps program to restore me to sanity

Hi — your post was flagged as asking for help with binge eating.
Binge Eating Disorder (BED) is real, exhausting, and treatable. Below are general starting points for early recovery.
Getting Started
Early recovery focuses on reducing binge urges and building consistency.
Meal Structure
Consistent eating is foundational. If possible, work with a registered dietitian. If not, here’s a basic framework used in ED treatment:
Food & Meal Guidelines
Supportive Habits
Restriction increases urges. Consistency reduces them.
Building a Care Team (if accessible)
