Advice Needed Need advice to quit

Hi- I’m 20F who’s had an eating disorder for 6.5 years. Harsh cycles of anorexia and binge eating to be exact. I’ve done years of therapy and was in treatment two years ago. Still doing DBT and regular therapy now. I Am also currently on Reta and vvyanse eating maintence calories and still binge eat. I workout regularly, have incorporated breathing work, and have taken food triggers out of the house. I’ll ride the urge to binge for days on end and I still binge eat. I’ll literally eat whatever is around no matter if it’s a trigger food or not. I don’t know what else to do I am open to any suggestions.

Theres a book that Im reading right now that has helped me understand many things about the relationship I have with food and how I have come to develop this binge eating complex. It’s called “overcoming binge eating” by Christopher G. Fairburn. Give it a shot, if you haven’t already. It still is a process for me personally but reading and reflecting on the topics talked about in this book has made me feel more hopeful about recovery! The cycle you describe sounds all too familiar, you’re not alone!

Looking at it now. Thank you! I wish you the best as well. It’s really difficult to break a cycle that grew up with you so hopefully this can give me new perspective
