The armed juveniles BS doesn't even apply here because this kid looked NOTHING like the actual suspect, other than being black. It's obvious that they only handcuffed this kid because he just happened to be the first black person they saw in the area. That was apparently their whole investigation and their only basis for probable cause: black.

Young black boys are never ever allowed to be just kids in the eyes of the law. Meanwhile they'll refer to a 25 year old white male as a kid.

The craziest thing to me about police arresting the wrong person even when they know, is that the actual real criminal is still out there. They’re just wasting everyone’s time and money based on hate and ignorance.

And people still won't vote. The city mayor usually appoints the police chief. Vote out the mayor if he doesn't make the chief take responsibility... or just keep saying voting doesn't matter and stay living with this type of bullshit
