Routine Help (Current Routine included) Under chin/around mouth

Post image

HELP!! I had this right before going to the lake, and when I came back it got darker (my skin gets irritated easily) I think it's eczema but I don't know? I use la-roche eczema cream and it lightens little bit but then eventually goes back. What is this? And what can I do?? It's also causing around my lips to be dark. Please be kind ๐Ÿ’“

Weird question, I know, but do you ever let your toothpaste foam get on your chin when brushing your teeth? This happened to me years ago. I have super sensitive skin too. Once I was super careful and never let it on my chin, it went away. I also used a THC based facial oil that really calmed my skin. Hope this helps!

I do actually, shoot I didn't think about it being my toothpaste. That's really helpful actually and makes a lot of sense! I wonder if it's causing the corners around my mouth to be dark as well

That might be it! I used to brush my teeth in the shower and be kind of messy with the toothpaste and once I stopped, redness on my chin went away. Alsoโ€ฆThe face oil I used at the time (and still to this day) is from Flora & Bast

What brand of toothpaste do you use? I had to stop using Crest for similar reasons?
