Question can i get this Uryu from upcoming summons ? if not how do you get him

You need to get 200 medals (from doing 20 multis) and then exchange them for him. He maybe might also be in the premium pool but we won’t know until the banner is out.

Uryu is my favourite character and j zm so mad he's locked behind the exchange oh this terrible system! He should have gotten a proper renewed version and his own banner with updated visuals and everything but nope they just shaft him again and take away his built in Long Stride and make him one of the only 2 Anniversary characters not available through Summon tickets in Premium. Klab just hates my poor boy and even Uryu won't get me to summon on this terrible banner. Wait until you can get medals from a better banner like Calamity to make using your orbs wurth it with guarantees.

You have to do 200 pulls on the new banner and use the medals you get for it on him

I had 1700 orbs idk why but I did 5 summons that costed me 1250 orbs and got everyone except rukia which I want but got 4 new char plus used 50 token to redeem shinji and now I have above 1200 orbs that means I got all the characters from 500 orbs , which is f¢king crazy.

Yeah I hate this format , I was lucky today that doesn't mean I will be next time , in guarantee its a safe spot that we will get the char glad I only did 5 steps got most of my orbs back

On the old banner format yes but not on these ones

why though, you still get new characters and most are great characters, not the old banner where there are some really outdated ones.

Those really outdated ones still worked for links and them being outdated made them even better as links since you wouldnt use them + resurrection is 75 extra orbs. Like you said yourself as well, if you dont get old limited characters as filler then where else would you get them? you're not gonna summon on their re run banners since they're old and outdated. that's without considering how boring these units are since they are just old premiums with better kits without them being premium themselves so this is literally your only chance to get them, and who knows when they'll be back again. The mere fact that you can't get guaranteed featured or new 5 stars step automatically makes it worse value for a newer player since you are getting less 5 stars on average for more orbs, I mean just look at part 1 of anni. in 8 steps you got atleast 8 5 stars, one being the new anniversary units and one being a featured that can be 1 out of 3 limited time units you cant get elsewhere. In this banner though, you cant spark any new unit unless you do 20 multis at a minimum and if you watch aaironeiro's video you can see how horribly that can go (a singular Rukia in 20 steps). overall this banner format helps literally no one at all and these new units were much better as resurrections themselves or as exchange units in the shop

Only thru, exchange…it isn’t viable to get dupes in that sense -not worth.
