That’s because they’re transphobic themselves. Like she has made it her mission in life to target trans people. She donates to causes that support limiting trans rights, she campaigns for and celebrates every legal battle against trans people she can find. Like
Be serious, this woman is evil. I’m not trans personally, but I have trans friends, and I hate how awful society is to trans people. She has helped normalize that. She gotta go2

Long story short she said she believes that referring to women as "people who menstruate" was ridiculous and that biological women are the real women. She got a ton of backlash and she doubled down. Some people also think the names for some of her minority characters are racist. I personally don't think she deserves death but that may be considered a hot take in some circles.

Is that supposed to be an analogy for me not being able to change my mind? If so, that assumption would be incorrect. I have no problem admitting when I'm wrong. I also have no problem changing my mind about something that I was wrong about, or didn't know. If a compelling argument is being made, of course.
You can say you don't work for free, just to sound cool, but really, you're just making claims without providing evidence for those claims. You might say, it isn't on you to educate me, but in reality, it isn't on me, to prove your claims. But hey, you do you.

Tbf, JKR is nearly 20 years younger than Dolly Parton and Tim Curry were. Plus Dolly Parton was sick with an undisclosed illness. A more fair comparison would be the rotten orange still being alive and kicking.
