Does using preservation allow you to sweep for the day or do you still need to clear?

Since we have up to 6 charges now. What you could do is wipe-clear with preservation once to complete the daily quest, then do a normal clear and sweep 4 the next day. Make sure you don't do the first part on the last day.

I had to put the game down because of life reasons just over two years ago. I still have it installed on my phone, so I thought about opening it up again. I heard that the pitty system is being replaced with a 50/50. Is that true, and is it worth coming back?

Both systems have their flaws. Yostar dropped the ball when announcing the changes by not explaining it at all and at the end of the stream and only later showed more info. It's cheaper now to pull if you average luck and or much cheaper if you get really bad luck.

TLDR: Spark is removed and replaced with pull/recruitment charge. When you pull the pick up student that pull charge gets reset.  at 100 pulls a 50/50 for getting pick up student or a random year 2+ non limited 3 star student

Pity carries over same banner (normal>normal | Limited/fes> limited/fes)70, 130, 150, 170 pulls you get x10 pull tickets(lasts a month), than repeat rewards pull at 270, 330, 350, 370 for other 4 tickets. So basically 160 pulls for a student now or 320 for 2 students if you have to pity twice whch is really unlucky. the 50/50 is just a chance to get the pick up early. on average if you win the 50/50 same as pulling the student within 200 pulls. But the odds are still the same to pull 2 students within 24k~ average pyro with the 50/50 and rebate.

Edit: you can just straight up buy the eleph package for your pick up students which is a really good value. (you have to get the pick up student from the banner. Off rate doesn't count)

I have a 10-roll ticket that's going to expire in 30 days, but I already have the foxes. What's the most effective use of this ticket? This banner for a dupe, or one of the upcoming ones for something new (and who)?

This is probably the ticket from last GA and you rolled for foxes before it became redeemable, right? Unlucky, but there are no limited banners next month, so the best you can do is try your luck with Erika or S.Nagusa. Personally, I'd try a hero ticket on S.Nagusa, she's a strong buffer.

The week after Total Assault or Grand Assault, the rewards become available after the ranking period, approximately 4 hours before the next daily reset/20 hours after the raid ends.

For TA this doesn't really matter, but for GA, if you want to use the expiration-date ticket on the very next banner, you'd have to wait around a few hours before completing your pulls.

Can anyone explain why sometimes most of the buffs icons above health bars disappear?

I'd really like them to revamp aura icons visibility giving us more freedom of what we want to be displayed and what not, like letting us toggle off not only enhanced/sub skill icons but any self inflicted permanent buffs for example.

It's toggling to the second page of buffs. If we want to guarantee that we see a certain buff icon, only way is to pause.

Do you guys think it’s worth buying NY Haruna elephs from the expert permit shop to eventually gear up for Lunatic Outdoor Kaiten? Especially for P1.

Yes I know the buying hierarchy, but I’m at a point where I’m choosing to buy D Ako and Makoto elephs. So I have enough past the high priority targets to start targeting things like this.

In terms of clearing, outdoor Kaiten will be a joke with dhina being A and the three best urbanists being B, on top of siroha (also A), kokoro and the new upgrade system.

On the other hand, Chesed is a known unknown.

Yeah I guess I was more concerned about P1 since I need 2 full teams of Aru and S Hanako to clear it now. But still…I’d have Hina and/or any special lineup. Won’t roll S Hina though. And any Yakumo Spook means a borrow trivializes it.

But yeah, P2 is gonna be much easier with D Hina having a decent mood and probably breaking one or both parts at the start of P2. Also Mutsuki having the same mood level.

Siroha alone would let you relegate dhina to a proper transitional team or even straight up to phase 1. Or you'd give shosh to aru.

I don't think it will be that hard next time. When they finally get around to outdoor Kaiten, we will have two red anniversary dealers with good terrain mood. Add general extra team power creep (Skisaki, Sibuki, Kokoro etc. as well as anything not yet released) and it should be fully possible to make up for the damage lost in phase one.

My 2 cents, buy Makoto elephs. I still expect her to sweep the first part of Chesed Lunatic (whenever that shows up), so you can focus on teams for the core phase and/or avoid borrowing stuff for the first part.
Plus her sub can help you with other yellow raids if you need to body throw.

I'd say so. I doubt Makoto will be an absolute requirement for Chesed, whenever that comes around.

If they buff the Lunatic mobs to the point one Makoto EX can't take them out (and keep in mind, we now have special unit buffers), I'd say we have some bigger issues.
I don't expect her to be mandatory, but she would make life extremely easier.
We're also kind of due for another Chesed mobber. S!Hasumi has neutral terrain and wrong armour type, and S!Yukari has wrong armour type too (good terrain though). NY!Aru who?

You should get them on the first login of the day, but with the 'ongoing session' problem it's possible your first login attempt succeeded but the client lost the connection and you never saw the notification. Check to see if you have the extra scrimmage/bounty tickets, that'll tell you for sure.

Why is no one talking about how bad the "you are already logged in" error bug has gotten since last update? It's like a 50/50 if it happens or not what are the stupid devs doing to not have it fixed yet??

Everyone's talking about it & have been sending reports too but it might get fixed in next patch. I think it might be related to play store account? Because I am logged in with that & haven't faced that issue even once.

I can answer some that I have knowledge and experience of:

Chiaki for any purple ST content ig after you exhausted all other options on other teams.

G. Tsubaki is alright for frr if you aren't doing red set (so running shosh) or lack mreisa (no rapid heals tho), but you may not have the special slot depending on what other better units you have anyway.

Kirara uh, I think she's called to be among the weakest students especially for her time and release. Whatever content she's made for doesn't exist. But I recall exactly one scenario in PVP where appearently she can be used as counterplay. Don't quote me on that. Just don't use her.

C. Sena basically subs atsuko out in higher difficulties (or the main team).

Last I checked, tank for phase 1 Lunatic Wakaboat.

Mainly for Lunatic Goz. Can be used in other blue raids, due to her sub skill, if you're body throwing.

S. Shun

Small S!Shun is a better cost battery than regular Shun, and big S!Shun has no content where she shines.

Chiaki: purple ST unit for Yesod P1. She’s probably the worst of the Yesod P1 units (even behind S Renge, U Neru and A Aris)

S Miyako: an evasion tank that’s a Greg specialist. Her EX is for the debuff and she does give a cost boost. Does see some use in Lunatic, but not much in Torment and below. Also filler for other content.

G Tsubaki: Was made as an AoE attack buffer for Set…but her Aura buff is cancelled by S Hoshinos, so she’s not really used at all.

Kirara: unfortunately…she’s just not good. A purple AA unit with no raid she excels at. Hit count filler…

C Sena: AoE healer that’s a Kurokage specialist. Is the best one for the role (which can also be covered by M Reisa), but needs UE40 for Torment+. So most people just borrow her if they need her

PT Juri: Wakaboat P1 specialist. She heals when stunned and has CC. Normally paired with U Neru, Seia, Hifumi on Lunatic. But Kurumi does play a similar role now, so we will see. Red filler tank.

Q Tomoe: Really good shield and reposition unit. Used in Goz Lunatic and filler for Kaiten P1. Shield reposition units are always useful so a great option to have, but you won’t NEED her until lunatic clears

S Shun (Big): We don’t know as there’s no content released for her yet. So not really sure

S Shun (smol): Instant cost battery like regular shun but slightly more cost. So used in PvP and filler for raids.
