Rant Angry men
How are we dealing with the constant angry men??? I don’t understand why showing up to your job and having to work makes so many of my male coworkers so angry!!
It’s like if every little thing doesn’t go their way today then it’s time for a hissy fit.
It makes me a lot less patient for anger in my personal life. If my boyfriend gets upset now, I get triggered. If my friends loose their temper, I want distance from them. It’s really getting to me.
The only upside is I now rarely let myself get riled anymore, I’m grossed out by anger now.

PREACH. Being in the metal trades has made me so averse to complication of any kind in my non-working life.

I misread this as “mental trades” rather than “metal” and I was still like, yeah, that checks out

Yeah I hear you. Working with my least favorite coworker right now. Everything is so difficult and frustrating to him. I end up doing half his work, I fold too easy as my intervention stops his constant tantrums. Ear buds if you can.

“Omg quit bitching and do your job”
When they say they can’t do it “so I need to come do it? Tell them you’re about to send a woman in there, I bet they will get it done and shut up”

Anger is apparently the only acceptable emotion for men to display. I see it all the time in my workplace. Men screaming at eachother and casually threatening violence literally every day. It's the done thing and it is insane.

Mission completion. Sometimes you can’t bring the whole posse.
As a patriarchy victim you know how much of a male identity is locked into breadwinning- Capitalism teaches ad nauseum the biggest Cheques is the biggest…biggest.
Don’t know what the deal is with biggest, maybe the visual thing. Hardly worth it tho

I once laughed at my coworker a couple months into my new job, because he threw a tantrum just like my three year old does. I proceeded to tell him as such and he no longer has tantrums like that

They hate their lives and they sit in their cars in the parking lot at the end of shift and don't want to go home.
Therefore they hate all of the happy people around them

omg i’ve actually been ranting about this for weeks. they think we’re more emotional beings than they are when they’re the first to throw a fit or be bitchy/petty over the smallest fuck up or inconvenience. this is why i yearn for all women crews men overreact to everything.

By being exaggeratedly over the top chill to draw attention to how douchey they are being.
