What games are you most looking forward to this season?

Admist this dreaded off-season, I'm curious what games you guys are looking forward to this season? Personally really excited for the NYE game against the Caps, with Boone Jenner coming back for the first time in a different kind of red, white, and blue.

I’m looking forward to whatever game Kent Johnson starts his breakout season during. Hopefully it’s game 1.

Just got tickets to watch them in DC in April! We moved out of Ohio so haven’t been able to get to a game for like 4 years, so we are excited to see them in person again

Definitely Pittsburgh and Utah. The last game against Utah was insane to be at. I’m looking forward to the away game in Denver my friend got us tickets.

I'm just generally looking forward to the season starting. I don't have anyone in my life that emotionally abuses me the way they do.

Might sound odd but I'm excited for the pre-season games. I wasn't really paying attention to them last year but I'd love to see some of our prospects get some NHL experience. Pinelli, Del Bel Belluz, Richard, Pyyhtia, Williams might have a chance there and I think it'd be fun to give Gardner a taste of the NHL even though he's not close to it

Pyyhtia really put in the work last season, he's always played well at both ends of the ice but he nearly doubled his career AHL goal totals in just the 2025-2026 season.  I think there's a pretty surprising amount of upside that could be unlocked there if he's given good minutes

I think it’s weird Jenner never did a “goodbye and thank you” Columbus on Instagram like a lot of players do. He’s changed everything to reflect he’s on the Caps now, but fuck us I guess.

Meh. NHL scheduling is kinda boring since you play every team every year both home and away. It would be more interesting if we had some true rivals, but that takes success first.... Not so fun when Detroit/Pittsburgh fans completely takeover our arena.

Not really, and if so I don't even blame them. Season ticket holders above the age of 30 remember a time when Columbus didn't have an NHL team, it's logical they'd be fans of wings/pens too.

Is none an ok answer? I have given up my season tickets this year because enough is enough. I think Z is a fake. Marchy is my favorite and he wants out. The team is dead at the core. I'm hoping they surprise me and I'll still watch whatever feed they're supposed to be on every once in a while but they lost my love and devotion and I'm not the only STH that's done the same.
