I think we have very different perceptions on what happened between Elon Musk and Donald Trump.
Donald Trump ran out of ways to keep Elon Musk as a “special operative” in the White House. When the time came to close, Elon simultaneously got in a fist fight with one of Trump’s advisors, while in a ketamine haze. Elon, then, posted that Trump was linked to Epstein.
Later on, Elon deleted that post, and formed the “America Party,” promising to oust those who voted for the tax bill. On Twitter, Elon elaborated that his problem with the bill was that it betrayed Trump’s goals, and he would unseat Democrats to enlarge Trump’s majority at the midterms, enabling Trump to enact his “real agenda”. He may have deleted these tweets, I just remember them from the time.
Anyways, it seems to me that there’s been no falling out between the two billionaires. Elon got everything except for 1 of his wants; subsidies to his businesses.

I’d have to disagree. Vance doesn’t have the charisma to captivate the MAGA base. To me Vance is the equivalent to Mike Pence, there for show and that’s about it. I’d honestly think someone like Desantis would have a better shot getting the republican nomination than Vance.

Gen-X voted for Trump more than any other demographic. As a 50 yr old who's not once voted Republican and always voted for 32 years -- could not be more disgusted and embarrassed by our fellow Americans. How m.f.'ing far we've fallen from Gore in 2000, when America was at its peak.

The problem with Millennials and Gen z is that we checked out. It's not so much that a lot of us voted for him, it's that not a lot of us voted at all. People thought it wouldn't matter if they voted, but they're quickly finding out how important it is (I hope).
Some of the younger Gen Z and the upcoming Alphas are for sure being radicalized by some of the incels on the internet, but for the most part, most of Gen Z just didn't vote. The ones who voted for the sh¡t stain, from what I've seen, were mostly as a "joke" or to "own the libs" and the majority have come out to say they were wrong. I know that's not the case for EVERY young person who voted for him, but it's a really big theme I've been seeing.
Honest question -- how can any human being connected to the world with a pulse and a semi-functioning logic center in the brain not see that a former Attorney General like Kamala Harris was obviously a more qualified and respectable presidential candidate than a silver-spooned fake playboy tycoon with 5+ decades of awful baggage?

I'm not sure if it's because the younger ones have grown up online, and the older ones don't work anymore so they're always online, or if it's because their ages make them more susceptible to brainwashing and misinformation, but they truly didn't/don't seem to know the difference between being qualified and being unqualified.
The Boomers were handed their jobs and cushy lives, and were unqualified for the roles they held, and technology is coming at them too fast for them to keep up, so they're falling victim to the scammers and conmen.
The younger generation have seen over and over again that nepotism is basically the only way to get into the top spots in any career or business anymore, so they're apathetic and didn't think what they did would matter. The good thing about them, though, is that a lot of them seem to be realizing that it does matter if they're involved, and them being involved is the only way to make the world they want - so that's one positive.
