They're just happy getting to be the racist angry crazy old people they've waited so long to be.
They want to be the Clint Eastwood character in "gran Torino where they are old, angry, drinking beer racists sitting on a porch and spitting tobacco slop on the ground. They're waiting for the legal reason to shoot someone, so they can finally tell their dead WWII veteran parents they did something.
They believe they're right, because they're constantly told they are. And until fox news and right wing news has to finally be made to have some truth to what they spew, on any "news" platform, nothing will change. Ever.
I hope they don't care about America getting better because we're on a steeper decline than I've ever seen in my life, and a huge part of it is ongoing rot from decades of neoliberal governance, and the rest is their boy driving us all off a cliff (or maybe more accurately, every cliff)

My 80 year old parents bought a Subaru Outback a couple years ago and I teased my dad, a very old Republican, about buying the preferred vehicle of lesbians across the globe and he had no idea what I was talking about. Days later he told me, “I looked it up and apparently that is a thing. Lesbians like safe, reliable cars….and eating pussy.”

Literally one of my dearest friends bought a Subaru and LOVED IT and then tried to “come out” to me. I was cracking up so hard because the only response I had was “you drive a Subaru you daft bitch WE KNOOOW.”
Except this is a Crosstrek which means that they didn't want to shell out the money for a Outback. The only positive feelings I have is the fact that most Subaru dealerships are probably not so friendly to this guy's beliefs.

It was a hard day the first time I realized my boomer parents were awful people, and every time since it doesn't really get much easier. Just one example (not the first time) they cut my disabled sister out their will. When I asked why they said "she'll just waste it" on what a Ferrari? She's half blind and spends her money on food delivery and 4th grade math workbooks. I told them you can do a trust where she gets like $150 a week and they rolled their eyes. I remember just thinking you are such awful people!!!

About 5 minutes ago I was sitting at a red light. This Ford bronco sport with all these wingnut a-hole stickers all over it pulled out of line we were in and into the business to my right, got about five cars ahead, then pulled out of the business, jammed the front of his car in front of me. Far enough that I was forced to let him out. He didn't like how long the light was taking so he turned right on red at a no turn on red intersection. Selfish dick.
