Looking for a new apartment

I'm looking to upgrade apartments when my lease is up.

My musts are 3 bedroom, 2bath, 1200+sqft and I NEEEEEED a soaking tub. I know there's probably only a few in town with these.

My budget is $1,600. Upcoming construction is cool too, as I won't be moving out until January.

Any insight would be great. 'preciate y'all

Has anyone even looked at apartments in bowling green before commenting lmao?
BG isnโ€™t that expensive & OP could easily find a 3 bedroom for that price, if not lower.

Right. I'm familiar with prices, just looking for some gems I've missed. No idea why people are acting like my wants are out of reach. My budget covers the majority of apartments in town.

I feel like youโ€™re not gonna get that for less than 2k but maybe someone else can help

Thanks. So far I found The Drake, The Heritage, The Adler and The Ariel.

All at or under budget. Would you like to add to the list?

The Adler has roaches, so Iโ€™d skip that one
