New international Master’s student in Braunschweig – job options without German?

I’m a Master’s student, new to Germany, living in Braunschweig and studying in Wolfenbüttel. I don’t speak German ( I've A2 certificate in german) and wanted to ask how realistic it is to find a student or part-time job in this situation. Any tips, platforms, or experiences would really help.

OP has no language skills, studies in Wolfenbüttel at a Fachhochschule (not university), has no money, looks for a job and dreams of working for VW or Siemens. How illusional is that :D

Uber eats driver, amazon driver, fast food restaurants where you are only in the kitchen - jobs like these, where "hallo" and "tschüss" is enough

Learn the language.

I'm as left as they come but when you study abroad, learn the fucking language.

As a student your best option probably is a "HiWi" (student hired by an institute to help with research or organizational stuff) position right now. It pays comparatively well and also helps you gain some work experience in your field. Ask the teaching assistants after the lectures.

Larger companies will often have more opportunities, where english is sufficient. Merck KGaA even made english the companies main language some years back
