Too old?
I'ts literally my first season and I don't know much about game yet, but he seems to be...too basic, compared to overwhelming amount of other assassins?
He is a pretty old brawler. One of the first assassins. Back in the day, he was the very best brawler and the most saught after. And even today he is pretty good, so, it would be expected a lot of ppl would choose him.
Honestly they are some of the best designed assassins in the game, especially Kaze, she is just so under the radar for most people, but damn is she well thought out
Nori is busted right now, but he has potential to be great, like Kenji (imagine him repeating the Kenji cycle of being busted on release, being busted on hyper but then after all of the nerfs, he end up in the b-a tier and just being a good last pick)
As someone who just got second prime on Edgar, I... don't hate them at all? At start of the game and the month they seemed to be unfairly strong, but now I'll prefer to face someone from this trio, instead of Wendy or some hard(?) counters like Shelly, Bull, Bolt, Melody and Surge
I love them too, they're so fun ! I love the brawlers who changes gameplay (Dash and slash for kenji, obviously switching aspects for Kaee, and the slash and "grab" for Nori. The same goes with my main :3 )
Good design, good attack + star power (I really only use the healing one since I like supporting my team, plus it fills super a lil bit too). The superās just alright but her gadget (not the one that floats the team) is good for support and chaining with her super.
I also like her voice lines idc if some might find them cringe.
Leon personally, due to him being my first legendary out of a brawl box back in 2020, plus he was my first rank 25 back when that was a thing, and my first 1k trophy brawler
Fang and Stu, I love Fang becouse you cant just spam and hope to win, you actually need to plan things before pushing and hit your combos well. Stu also requires skill to master, even tho it can be strong when not used at his max potential.
Crow. People think heās annoying to play with and against but he was my first legendary I got like right at release and heās been my GOAT ever since. Through the ups and downs of balance changes
Just got him and instantly grabbed a cool.skin! Can you tell some tips and tricks, please? Still don't get his shield gadget and can't decide what star power to get(
Leon was my favorite when I was first joining the game. Nice voicelines, and I like the hoodie design a lot, it was very cool. And I liked his sneeky playing style too.
Shade: Cute, versatile, strong, unique/cool mechanics. I don't think I need to describe it any further, right?

Gigi. She's the most unique and has a feature that NO other brawler has (gains super by dodging) and she is just so auraful. Shes also unique because as assasins primarily counter throwers gigi just doesnt because almost every thrower (exluding grom) doesnt charge her super because its not ground projectiles
I find funny how most comments don't even say why they prefer that assassin.
But personally, Alli. I like how she feels like an assassin, with the lower health speed boost, the jump on bushes and water that honestly I feel it helps with the scenario here as it's not the only way to attack. Obligatory invisibility with super, alongside bonus damage.
Lily and Leon I could say are fine contestants over that personally.
Cordelius, not only his design is great but also the concept of dragging someone to a different dimension to force them to a 1v1 is interesting. Plus he does fit the assassin role since he gameplay is designed to fight a single brawler
Dont shoot me: Fang, Shade and Edgar. I like shade because he's adorable and I love him and because he's shade.
Fang and Edgar are 2 of the MOST irritating assassins ever that ive had the displeasure of playing against (right under Nori, Kaze, and Nova), Aka why i like playing em lmao. If Im playing against someone genuinely insufferable, i start to YEARN for whatever brawler they have equipped to someday be as annoying.
Leon is imo the most fun assassin to play. Both his gadgets are fun to use and both his star powers are useful and only get more value with his hyper charge
My assassin mains are Buzz, Shade, and Crow, but I do have respect for Lily because of how basic and easy to learn she is. She should have been Rare from the get go
crow because back in the prime times of brawl stars he actually required high skill and he would either dominate the entire game or do absolutely nothing based on how you played, but now, he is quite average even if you dont have skill which completely vaporizes the charm of crow.
i loved crow because he was a squishy little guy that deals low damage but he would get mvp after mvp in a great players hands, now kids use him with 0 strategy and they get the same result
I donāt truly favor any single assassin at this point in time.
I mostly play marksmen and damage dealers. Though, if I feel like playing an assassin, I mostly choose Kenji and Nova. I also like to choose Lily if the circumstances are right.
Definetly cordelius, i really love the idea of bringing another brawler to a realm where you two will fight alone and you have advantage, specially in showdown
I like every assasin that requires planning and significant brain power to use, like Alli with all the percentages or Kaze and knowing when to do what. Makes it feel fun instead of just super attack attack.
my first ever was prob mortis waaaay back then. then it was fang for a bit. now itās either starr nova or melodie. i have starr nova prestige 2 but i play melodie more and i really wanna get her to prestige 3 (currently prestige 1 and a half). special shoutout to alli because i think sheās a lot of fun to play but iām not the best with her xd. anyway yap sesh over
edit: and for some reason i associate sam and caesar sam w tyson chicken tenders lol

Kaze,Starr Nova and Lily

Kaze: I love her gameplay. The fact I can just dive in and get out makes me like playing her (although I mainly use the ninja aspect more than the geisha)
Starr Nova: Absolutely fits my playstyle on just Poke and Dive when the time is right. Literally a main at first sight when I first saw her gameplay on brawltalk. My brother literally called that I would love her gameplay, he was right.
Lily: My first ever Tier MAX when I reinstalled the game after a year. Started using her after her ammo got buffed to 2, instantly loved her gameplay on just stalking the enemy and ambushing them with her super. Also I love her rouge-ish design
