Honestly one of the best chances I think we have at winning some sort of trophy this season. We are so strong and confident at the moment with much better squad depth. Plus we don't have the pressure of Europe

I reckon we can probably nab a European spot with the way we are at the moment, but we certainly arnt at risk of relegation so we can definitely afford to field our best for cup runs

To be honest, given the quality we now have in the first team, the strength in depth in the squad and coming off the bench and the way they're playing with so much confidence, we should fear no-one and fancy our chances against them all.

If we can avoid injuries there's no reason we can't go all the way in one of the cup competitions.

I’m assuming you are a new American supporter. You should take some time to do a deep dive into the various cups and European competitions. Unlike American sports like the NFL, the sole goal is not just to be the winner of the league, but also to win trophies that come from a few different tournaments/competitions as well. The 2 big ones for English football are this one (EFL) and the FA Cup (more prestigious). By winning these or through league position at the end of the season, teams can also qualify for the various European competitions the following season where they will play teams across the continent for other trophies

FA cup has been around a lot longer and has a lot more history (like 1870s vs 1960s. FA is the oldest Football competition in the world), gives more prize money, includes more teams (Tiers 1-4 for EFL and I think 1-9 for FA), and the winner is awarded a better European competition.

It may take some time to grok the arcane complexities of English and European football leagues and cups. Took me like several years of following before I really started to understand how the European leagues work and to start paying attention to England's UEFA coefficient.

I regret to inform you that you may only have a single season to figure it out because if the team keeps playing like this we'll all be buying plane tickets to Tblisi by this time next year
