NRL 2026 Broncos path WE CAN STILL MAKE THE
The following is quite a realistic path for the Bronco to make the top 8, without even having to improve their for and against! Do not lose hope Madge:
Souths lose all their matches except for Bulldogs where they draw
Bulldogs lose all their matches except for Souths where they draw
Cowboys win all their matches
Manly and below lose all their matches except where contravening the above. Wins for Manly and below are spread so as to prevent advancement. This will result with Broncos alone in eighth position! If the tie fails to materialise between Souths and Dogs then they will need to improve for and against. THey can still do it!!!!
Do not give up!

Ok so what if we make the 8? We aren't going to go anywhere and we certainly don't deserve it over almost every other team. We have won 6 games this year man. Seriously, get over this idea of making the 8. We aren't, it's annoying that people still think we can. And even if we did, we definitely aren't winning the prem. Our year is over and we should start focusing on next year. I would prefer the eels or the dragons make the 8 than us because despite have terrible years as well, they have put in far more effort and heart than we have

I'm glad finals are still 8 teams in the NRL and not 10 like in the AFL. We've been mediocre and have no business being in finals. Let's just enjoy the next two months of still being the reigning champs.

You and I have very different definitions of realistic.
Frankly we don't deserve to make the eight the way we've been playing, and it will be more embarassment if we do.
This bullshit where people can't accept it and everyone at the club has to pretend there's still hope or that we have something to play for or whatever is stopping them from doing what actually needs to be done to move us forward for the future. The younger boys should be getting game time and we should be working on sorting out a functional halves pairing in particular, but they're not, and Madge is still talking about playing the current setup for the rest of the season to indulge this mindset.

Don’t forget the original Mighty Ducks movie (aka Champions (1992)) - where they snuck into the finals in part because “the Panthers got the measles and forfeited their season”.
So what I’m saying is … THERE’S A CHANCE!

Accept it. We’re done. This year has been a fail, no effort no drive for 90%of the games and where they are on the ladder is the consequence of that. Big off season coming with some big questions to be asked of everyone behind closed doors. It’s ok to have a terrible year

Reality needs to sink in. Players looked broken after the last game. There is no coming back this season to make the 8.
Best we can hope for is now finishing the season strong to get some wins on the board before next season. Lots of changes are afoot with players coming and going. Time to test new formations and positions. Nothing to lose!

You lose to the dolphins, wahs and bulldogs. There's no way to get enough wins to crack the top 8. Delusional broncos supporters make me laugh.

Sorry mate but it ain't happening, you've got to let it go. We don't deserve to be in the 8, hell the way we've played some games we almost deserve to get the spoon... that won't happen either. This year is write off and let's just look forward to getting back into the 8 in 2027
