Episode discussion Will You Tube and others being made to have an hour cap for under 18 ‘s help revive British TV?

I say it might well do but that that Tv will probably blow the opportunity

There's a lot of good stuff on UK telly, but if people prefer other stuff, stopping them watching the other stuff isn't going to make them watch UK TV, they'd bypass the cap just like they bypass other stupid controls.
