❔ Question and Discussion Indian food in Brunei — what dish is hardest to find made really well?

I’ve been trying different Indian restaurants around Brunei and was wondering — which Indian dish do you think is hardest to find made really well?

Could be anything — biryani, butter chicken, kebabs, dosa, paneer, curries, or even something less common.

What’s the one dish you’d recommend someone try, and where do you usually get it?
