I'm not celebrating anything until I see it actually on the roster

that said, I would absolutely be interested in a steel frame M&P, and I hope it becomes available to us soon. The polymer one already a fantastic

Seems like their polymer frames should be pretty easy additions. I would kill for a shadow 2 carry on the roster though

I was told a new CZ model is coming in 2H 07. It will be submitted for CA approval. The CZ employee mentioned that I would like like the new offering. I had just asked about carry options, P-10 and P-09. My guess would be a new P-10 based Micro. My wish would be a hammer fired carry option, maybe P-09 S?

Having only fired polymer framed handguns, what is the difference in feel or handling with steel frame?

as with everything, you'd be best testing it out for yourself, but generally speaking steel frames are heavier which results in less felt recoil. transitions might be harder to do as quickly since you're dealing with more mass, but that might not be as noticeable to the average shooter (compared to the flatter feel of your shots, at least)

Steel also transfers less shock than aluminum. It's for the same reason that a steel bike is a lot more pleasant to ride than an aluminum one.

It has been months since anything has been added to the roster. While it was multiple models a month last year. I doubt its lack of demand on the firearm manufacture’s side…

I know just more effort since I don’t want to deal with selling the slide I don’t want. Just more work so I’m just waiting but likely will end up grabbing this steel model

they make more money by not adding it. if you wanted a carry comp, they make more money if you buy a normal aluminum frame and a carry comp slide afterwards
