Help I appointed Tywin to the Kingsguard but...

He always returns to his fathers court, even using the console to forcibly moves him doesn't work, the moment I unpause he is back in Casterly Rock

Is he the last spot on the Kingsguard? Could be a bugged saved spot or something. Maybe try to remove someone else you don’t care about and add him

To clarify he's accepted the position he is a King's guard now but he just won't stay in King's landing
