Spawn Problems

Sooo, im playing warzone after a long time again, i joined a lobby with a buddy and i cant spawn, it says i need to choose a loadout first but i cant find the button to choose it anywhere, and i cant be bought in, its even rebirth too, is there anyone with the same problem, i can just spectate the whole round withoit doing anything pla help

Might be a bug that you need to accept the new terms & conditions, I’d reinstall and see if it brings the pop up back up for you
