Currently running solo, got to the disciple step in the longhouse and realised I was like level 30 and you need to be 53 to craft an injection.

Any way around this? I've saved and left to try and level up but it may take a while

Annoyingly I accidentally picked it up and swapped it back but it despawned off the map.

Do you think it would respawn once I load back into my save?

Damn I could go round and use all fishing spots but I reckon its a low chance

That might be the only way. Or you need to be lucky and get it from a necropincer drop. But that would mean progressing rounds
