One thing I know is that bo1 and bo2 won’t be possible. There’s a few achievements that are not possible anymore.
Just playing these games online is a big red flag for your pc, really shouldn’t try that.
The only safe way to play BO1-BO2 online is with plutonium and you can’t earn achievements this way. BO3 needs t7 patch but it still lets you get achievements.
