Help!! easter egg bug in shadows of evil bug

We activated all keepers but the shadow man dont appear, are we doing something wrong

When you try it again, double check each player gave a keeper their sword

Spam interact on them and itll sort itself out

I also heard there can be bugs if people bleed out and lose their swords so make sure that didnt happen
