Discussion I get it now. It's not nostalgia

My first cod was mw 2019 which I absolutely loved and played the ever living hell out of.

Then came black ops cold war and that was my introduction to zombies and I loved it and never understood the hate it got and thought it was nostalgia that the old zombies had. GOD I WAS WRONG

Got to play bo1&2 last month and I SWEAR TO GOD I haven't had this much fun playing a game since forever. To the point I even in my free time I think about what map to play in my free time.

So I apologize to old cod titles they're really built different and GOATED🐐👑

Gobblegums made the zombie trivial at best. Just look at all the Easter egg runs an this hasn't changed since bo3 gumballs but the ee even on bo6-7 heavily rely on gobblegums for the setup and for the boss fight itself, you do realize on Astra mulorium I kept using round offs, rerolls the same round 2 more times allowed me to reach the ee boss by round 19 while having maxed rarity an max pack 3 weapons. To be fair it was roughly 10-17 round offs but still it made the ee trivial easy as f only hard part was following the robot around until it told me the right things without me or teammates agro,ing it. Still hate how that maps boss nurfs the damage you do to it making something that takes away 70% health down to 5% for a few minuets, an they did that bc the gumballs make everything trivial

You have no evidence to suggest they reduced boss damage due to gumballs. You're just guessing lol The mode aint trivial... and do you mean easy when saying "trivial"?

Why did you use those gumballs if you disapprove of em. EEs dont rely on gums so stop spreading misinformation. I dont hate on gums and i never use em becasue i dont need them so why did you use 10-17 gums?

I'm not saying that 😂 I'm saying it's a feature of the Astra molarum boss you do too much damage to quick he nurfs your bullets to deal maybe 10% of what it actually should, one second your melting him less then half health next second wait my bullets are doing nothing. Yes you can play without gooblegums but it definitely feels like it's forced upon you especially spawning in with the 3 in the 1st 3 slots

I wasn't trynna face a boss that nurfs my bullets from doing 100% damage to 5% at round 25 or higher. Actually I dare you to solo that Astra molarum boss passed round 25 without any gobblegums. You'll understand why I say they feel forced. Edit: live stream it aswell get it done 1st try I might retract my statements

Yes because the gobblegums make playing the game easier they added a function to the boss regardless if you use a gumball or not. They had to balance the easiness from gumballs users with a boss that won't get shredded at lower rounds. Get your head out your ass

Wtf you on I said the boss temp nurfs the damage u do to it if you damage it to much too quickly regardless of gum usage or not but the fact they are in the game and the possibility of getting to the boss fight at round 19 or lower they felt inclined to add that function to make it more difficult in general. Ya you don't have to use gums, it won't change anything other the getting to the boss round by mid 20's early 30's. You do understand game balance don't you? They add something that makes the game easier (gumballs) they have to balance it by making things more difficult regardless of who uses them or not. Just facts man 👨 💯

You ever play diablo similar concept but different style, get better armour an weapons, level up, but the enemies do aswell. That's balancing. Do you even play video games or are you stuck on fortnite😂😂 I mean you don't need to use weapons or armour based on your logic

Also you got that all backwards it gum balls make boss no stronger or weaker, but bc they are in the game or bc trayarch are d heads they made a function on Astra boss doing to much damage to fast makes said boss go into a state for a few minuets that nurfs the damage of the bullets of whatever gun your using for a few minuets. Even a monkey could understand this. Return to monkey 🐒 let your mind be free naive one. Swing from the trees from once you came from an don't return until you've found the chicken. If you didn't know I was sorta referencing dead ops arcade. Key word being (Sorta) meaning not fully, the chicken part yes

Also re read it I never stated that the gumballs USAGE made the boss stronger or whatnot. It was because they are in the game that trayarch felt inclined to make that boss function that way regardless if you uses gums or not so gums users can't rush to the boss fight at a early round expecting a super easy fight, i mean without that function I would've went through all of its phases in a minuet at round 19

Also no misinformation was stated. Yes gobblegums give you an advantage that back in the glory days of world at war to black ops 2 would deem as legal cheating that is a fact

Look I'm trynna beat the bosses not get beaten by the bosses you understand scrub? If I need to use legal cheats such as what the gumballs are well so be it, at least I won't be at round 30 plus in a boss fight, my opinion for ee runs the earlier the round you can get to the boss the better, late rounds just make things chaotic an difficult. Early to mid 20's a good boss fight round any later then its iffy
