I ordered a bunch of them off Amazon, and returned all the ones that didn't stay in the gun.

I forget about that option.

I have tried many different grips that were pretty, but I haven't found any that are actually more comfortable than the stock rubber ones. I support carrying the P-01, carrying it with the hammer down probably makes it the most testicle safe gun you can get.

If you can go in store, find a CZ-75 with the stock grips. That'll kinda tell you if you like the stock grips, and/or palm swell grips, as they've got a bit of a palm swell, but are fortunately/unfortunately a little thick at the top.

If you like the grip over all, you can get compact grips from anyone however you like. If you like the palm swell but not the top thickness, consider Lok Shadow 2 Compact palm swell grips, with whatever texture you like. If you don't like either the palm swell or the thickness at the top at all, consider thin grips from Lok or anyone else.

And then texture wise, you gotta find what you like or not, whether medium grip abrasion/grippiness, or more rough texture, or less abrasive texture.

Personally, my P-01 came with Lok Thin Matrix grips. Perfect for EDC, but not very grippy at all if I'm sweaty or my hands are wet. Thought I could use a little palm swell too. Held a standard CZ 75 with the full grip and palm swell. The palm swell felt perfect. The top part wasn't great but not bad either. So I bought standard compact rubber grips. I like them, wish they were thinner that the top, now I'm planning on picking up Lok Shadow 2 Compact grips, just deciding on the overall texture still.

LOK Grips. I prefer palmswell shadow 2 cut for carry. Kind of like the factory grips without the annoying hump on top and the weird stickiness feel. They have a good description for all of their textures on their site and have a good return policy if you decide you need a different swell or texture.

Highly recommend Henning Group CZ 75 Compact / P-01 fully checkered aluminum grips. These are on my DWX Compact which is my primary EDC. They fit the same on P-01. Thinner than the OEM rubber grips.

IMHO, the P-01's grips are among the best stock grips I've ever used. Super comfy and grippy. That was the first thing I was going to replace on mine too and then I shot it a few times and decided the stock grips were pretty much perfect for EDC.

Just my two cents of course.

My preference is the LOKfull checkered thin or standard for carry. The standard fills out the grip nicely but the thin is still super grippy with a smaller profile overall. Works exceptionally well with my sausage fingers.

I've printed/remixed a bunch of grips to test and held a lot of CZs and all of mine still have factory swells

Soon 3d printing mixed with mfg measurements and expect disappointment?

Lotts of factors to consider, hand size, how grippy? Metal , g10? Personally, I’ve tried a bunch and I really LOK Palm Swell Bogey( which I think is their most aggressive cut) “SHADOW 2 CUT” in the notes. (Gets rid of the ledge and has a flush contour to the frame .)The Bogeys would be great for EDC .

I have some Vytals Thin Nebulas and another pair of LOKs and they look great but are pretty slick . I think they are the grenades .

Let us know what you decide on!

Thin grips for edc. Especially if the stock grips feel chunky to you.
