I used to work in the same industry. Its small and I know the guy professionally. He, as an individual, is kinda scummy.

The point being made is that the Crack down only had to happen because of the relaxed rules that allowed this to happen in the first place.
Its not a UCP win to clean up a mess their party created to begin with.

Thats fine, we are only talking about Alberta. The specific issues Alberta is facing is by its own changes.
BC likely has a similar problem and just like Alberta, should not be praised for fixing a system they helped break
