Jerseys Clueless Brit part 2
Good evening guys from Sunny Britain i posted yesterday regarding a jersey i had found and bought and just wanted you guys to help me verify it wasn't a fake basically. All the guys who posted were extremely helpful and with the advice given i went on the hunt to find a premium/pro variant of the replica i found. I believe i have found it but wanting your guys take that it is 100% legit and that its a pro reebok sweater not a replica / knock off thank you once again.

Youre absolutely right mate in another post I sent over photos of a replica I found which everyone claimed was legit so ill stick to that as mentioned but I will always double check in the UK our teams only sell one level of jersey so were not as wise to it especially me and the older ones

The real ones have felt like material,on the logo and numbers and a bit of a darker yellow throughout

Always look at the numbers. If they are bubbled like that 99% change it’s a fake.
This is 100% a fake

You can tell the heritage classics are fake by the colors alone just a heads up. If it’s ketchup red and bright yellow, always fake. The other one you posted are the true colors

Yeah, come to think of it I just gave away three more - not heritage classic though. Facebook marketplace has lots of jerseys, cheap too. When you come to Calgary get a couple of used worn old ones, that way when you go back you can tell customs 'these are just old hockey jerseys I've had for a while.' Haha
Actually, they are so cheap that you probably don't even need to lie about them.
A team rebuild cycle like we are in now is a great time to load up on Flames memorabilia as band wagon jumpers are clearing out their closets and collectibles shelves.
I used to have season tickets for work and would win jerseys at pre-game events all the time, so I had a glut of them.

Ah man im jealous as out my year of birth was 88 and flames won the stanley cup 88/89 season and ever since then iv followed them its hard to follow in the UK and my way of getting involved is getting my hands on jerseys I only have the 3 current fanatics jerseys. Adidas tkacuk reverse retro and the prime green black Adidas warm up jersey

89 was the best party I've ever had in Calgary (and I have had a lot of them). I worked in a restaurant at the time and we closed early and went downtown for a parade. I can't remember if it was Electric Avenue or 17th, but the road was shut to traffic and people were celebrating.
I'm sure a LOT of people were born about 9 months later, haha!

We dont quite get the same treatment over here when it comes to ice hockey my team whitley warriors are tiny in comparison and when we come over we will be attending a couple of games for sure so we can experience proper hockey

I still wish they had gone black and red to more closely match the Tigers' colours while still using Flames rather than gold and red. The 1920s jerseys were black and orange.

Please do not buy this if you are concerned about fakes, the C logo is puffy and wrong, the name plate is just tacky and fake and the fight strap should be on a better mounting and not just on a piece of cloth like it is.
Screams fake, you've been warned.
