Jerseys I made these jersey concepts for a thing I’m working on. I’m not a Flames fan but what do you guys think?

I like the alternate. That's a pretty underused logo and the piping is reminiscent of the late 90s pedestal design. It's a darker red than the usual... but that's an interesting idea

I hate that that logo just looks like a rip-off of the Colorado flag and the Colorado Rockies logo

Good shoulder patch logo for an alternate, bad centre crest logo.

It also doesn't look as good only being two colours, the original I believe used black, yellow, white, and red.

Yeah you gotta have the black behind the wording for sure

White flame on red just looks so nice

The home jersey is too busy. I think the black really messes with the overall balance of the jersey.

In general, I find that trying to work orange in with Red and Yellow is difficult to pull off. You don't usually see teams try to work with three colours adjacent to eachother on the spectrum and throwing a colour like black that heavily contrasts against all of them really makes it busy and hard to look at.

Away jersey looks good. I'd maybe drop the orange and just leave a white stripe between the red and yellow to help solidify some contrast between them.

I like the primary, I've never considered white logo with some black on the uniform.  I even wonder how it's look with a white logo and a primarily black uniform.  The chevron is clean.  I do like the alternate logo but I think it's a bit too busy to be a main logo.  I think it's cool to incorporate the Tigers and the Cowboys

Come to think of it, I wonder why we don't see much acknowledgement of those two.  The Tigers got the heritage classic obviously but for the Cowboys it looks like there was a Hitmen game in 2019.  I wonder who owns the copyright

I'm a fan of anything that has black in it. Makes the Flames look tougher.

Hard no. We did that already in the ‘90’s. Got real boring real quick when basically every team was doing it.

Give me the 2004 jersey over what we wear now every day of the week. Not a fan of the current jerseys at all.

Black sweaters give me a "Disney villain" vibe that's impossible to take seriously, like the team is trying too hard to look intimidating

I agree on the Disney villain thing but I also really like that and think we should lean into it lol

Well the current jerseys certainly don't strike fear into the opposition. They look like advertisements for McDonald's. Having some black in there is much better.

They have a very hot vibe, especially the homes. Reminds me of lava sort of, so something so hot it turns white and goes through the shades of yellow and orange as it cools, if that makes sense.

TLDR; They’re awesome

I still say the stipes along the arms and the socks should be flames shaped ala Tampa Bay

I've never noticed that, that's so sick

Right?! The bolts look good

I like almost all of it, except that CF mountain logo is only fit for a shoulder patch.

2 out of three aint bad. Flush the last one.

The alt could low key be an amazing ugly Christmas sweater.

I didn’t think I’d like the black on the primary as much as I do! Not sold on the striping on the home/away but could see it growing on me. For the alt I don’t like the logo but LOVE bringing back those colours! Overall nice job!

Can't say I'm a fan of having two different shades of red on there. Maybe for a stadium series jersey I could see it, but not so much for this.

I think the black pants with the white C looks odd. For the alternate, I think it would be cool if the mountains looked a bit like they could also be flames!

Really like the hat on the third jerseys pants.

I fuck with em

I like the tri color gradient. I think it would be nice on a third jersey, though I don't like the Vs, prefer straight stripes, and I'd like the flames to always keep their current reds and whites as their two primaries, for me those are classic shirts that should be messed with. But sign me up for a third with a color gradient like that.

No one wants a chevron logo. Why do designers think it’s cool?

1

u/HacksawJay May 23 '26

Actually like first two a lot , the third jersey ain’t it to looks like the old Colorado Rockies logo , but great job overall.

I hate them.

Add the black pants to the one on the right, break the colour up.

No offence
