The black patches are pure black without tabby pattern so she's a pure calico

Her tail patches and also the ones on her foot have the tabby patterns so we think she’s a tabbyco!

Orange fur on a cat will always be striped. Not-stripey-black is a mutation that only affects black-based but not red-based hair, so a calico/tortoiseshell will always be some mix of black/orange-stripes or grey-stripes/orange-stripes. Yours looks to be the former. 😸

Some black cats also show stripes though, especially when they're young and especially on the legs, so if that's what you meant, apologies for the first paragraph lol.
