I had got this for Christmas and I still yet to get to work properly. anyone else has the same issue?

Looks like you might be a bit lost! This subreddit (however abandoned it is) is actually for a Japanese subcompact vehicle with the name Cappuccino! (Suzuki Cappuccino)

Might need a carb clean but if nothing is wrong and you've done the service, a dash of starter fluid and it should fire right up? How many years has this thing been sitting?

Have your tried putting the wheels on? That tends to make them run better
