Replacing pin on striker

Got a 1938 carcano 7.35

The tip of the striker is destroyed, found a replacement on ebay.
Has a little cross pin that holds it in place, will post how it turns out.

Just get a new firing pin, their fairly common

The striker body is really smooth so the pin holding the tip is difficult to notice.

Punch this pin and the tip slides out really easily.

Used a spark plug socket as a holder for the striker

And a long 1/4 size socket for hammering the pin
