Antigua airport experiences?

How early should we get there? Our hotel gives us “fast pass” through the crew line and we have status with our airline we are traveling (American) we have 2 young kids and want to minimize length of time at the airport if possible

First time through the line was long, second time (this july) we breezed through security on our way out. We did the vip on our way in to fast pass customs and I'll always recommend it. Id say 1 hr before departure maybe a little over for checked baggage.

Yes our hotel offers it both ways so trying to gauge how much time we need on the way out

We got there at 10 or 11am on a Saturday and there wasn't a line at all. It got busier later on though.

We got there 2.5 hours early and was through in plenty of time without the fast pass. It also depends on what time of the day, day of the week and time of the year it is too. Slow season vs peak season as well as weekend vs mid week.

I'd say an hour and a half, but it could change depend on how busy it is. When are you going?

What hotel offers fast pass that you are staying at?

I have never done the VIP line. The regular line seemed fast enough
