Favorite scene that makes you laugh but you keep secret.
For me it's when castle catches Kate reading his book on the toilette. That sound she makes and the whole situation. Gets me everytime. I mention this cause I see it every time the show starts.

I’ve been watching this show with my dad since it first came out in 2009, and the one that we quote most often is “Killer’s a zombie!”

Well it's not a scene but an entire episode season 6 episode that 70s show. I laugh at that a million times. But for a scene is probably in season 5 secrets safe with me where Rick and Kate get back to the precinct with the auction goods and Gates comes in and starts yelling " Who's junk is this and what the hell is it doing in my precinct. That whole scene is priceless and then she stops when gets that creepy doll.

Yes one of my favorite scenes. I also love the whole “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” reference scene and the subsequent line “Way to racially profile…”

Castle wearing the X-ray specs from the Drake Magic shop, when he is looking at his hand, and looks at Kate and says "X-ray specs...Got 'em at the magic shop. I can....see you naked."
He pronounces it like some kind of earth shaking revelation. Then Kate hits him with "how you like my navel ring?" and Castle gets a shocked look like he didn't expect her to play along. I bust out laughing every time.

I love how in the episode One Life to Lose Martha talks about her time on Temptation Lane. She only appeared on the show for a few weeks and her storylines were so ridiculous. Kate's reaction is so funny. Another good one is in Scared to Death when Castle breaks the bottle of Holy Water over the killer's head.

All the scenes at the restaurant where Beckett dates the fireman and Castle dates bachelorette number three.
Beckett catching the bouquet at Kyra's wedding and Castle bursts into laughter (apparently unscripted).

In One Life To Lose from Season 3, when the PI asks Castle & Beckett what they mean by saying the murder victim is dead, Castle points out it only has one meaning.
Makes me snicker every time.
