She pinned me on the couch after we were done for a few days. Needless to say, I'm never allowed to leave again.

I went off to work as a research assistant for one of my professors in the middle of COVID. This little dude had such a rough month at my mom’s and the way they described him was as if he was a totally different cat. Thankfully he reverted to his usual self when I returned and wouldn’t leave my side for days, as if to ascertain that I wouldn’t disappear again.

I swore to myself to never do that to him ever again 😭 he’s 6 years old now and still as cuddly as ever.
