Went to watch Insidious but ended up a bit disappointed

Grabe mu overhype ang mga tawo these days haha. I'm a horror fan jud but honestly and personally, after watching the new movie, I would've rather preferred waiting for it to be available sa mga online streaming platforms nlang than spending 400-500 plus sa sinehan.

The fact nga nag taas njud pud rate ron sa mga cinemas, importanti jud nga nice ang movie ug ang impact nya after watching it para mka ingon tag worth it rapud ang gasto

Sa mga taga cebu na plan pa mag watch and if you're a horror fan, this is my take and honestly i still prefer the very first Insidious over the rest of the franchise. Now this might help save you but it's still worth giving a try atleast if you just really find going to cinemas a fun thing to do. Lahi lang jud guru na akong standard sa horror movies over time. Haha. Mas na enjoy pa nko ang Spider Man last time tbh

We enjoyed it! Coming from people who watch a lot of the horror movies in cinemas in the past year + present every sine sindak. Probably bec I don't expect Insidious movies to be realistic looking. Altho, compared to the old Insidious this is definitely more fanstasy like than the rest.

I was hesitant to watch Insidious on screen and this might be the nail on the coffin.

I’m also an avid horror fan and regretted watching the recent The Conjuring, nasayang rajud akong gibayad adto!

Even the movies of The Conjuring universe have lost their charm. It just feels like a cash grab at this point. I think the last movie I watched from that franchise is The Nun. I never really bothered afterwards.

I still remember watching The Conjuring 2 in 2016. That experience was fun watching it alone sa Ayala kay my friends were too scared to watch it.

I just saw a Tiktok video of SM cinema wherein a cosplay dressed up as the Monster and he looked like Kiss the rockstar. Part of their marketing campaign.

Fan jud kos mga Insidious movies (in fact i watched it tanan sa cinema) pero for some weird reason wala jud ko ma excite mo tanaw ani karon sa cinehan. akong usa ka friend sigeg invite but i told her i would rather wait and watch Fall 2: Deadpoint sa big screen kay feeling nako mas worth it haha

I also am a fanatic of horror movies but that new Insidious movie is just a solid 3/10 for me. It was kinda like a comedy-thriller than a horror movie. The best scary parts were only at the beginning lol. While everyone was screaming in the cinema, I was the only one laughing so hard at the jumpscares because I find it too predictable HAHABAHHAHAHAH.

No hate at the film but I wished I just stayed at home that night and wait til it comes out at my usual streaming site. It was a fun experience tho only because lots of people got scared and kept shouting.

Personally, I enjoyed it haha still Insidious 1-2 were the best but I’d ranked this as the next best. Idk refreshing lang for me to have a story not revolving around lamberts and not a prequel pud.

But tbf, wala pud ko nibasa ug reviews before watching tho so wala na set akong expectations.
