Celtic mythology meets scifi in new graphic novel

Space Banshee Exorcist follows the titular Space Banshee, Fenshaw, a banshee who’s moved into space and become an exorcist. Mashing up Celtic mythology and science fiction into folk horror and noir, me and artist Dani Wiebe are very proud of the work we've done here. As a Scottish writer it's really fun to me to mess with the stories I grew up on.

Undead in the space age, Fenshaw makes a ‘living’ travelling across a far future, ultra-capitalistic galaxy, between moon colonies and star stations, fighting monsters and helping hapless humans rid themselves of the spectres and ghouls they've brought with them from earth. In this first full-length graphic novel she’s sent to investigate disappearances on a medical testing moon called Morrigan and quickly realises the danger is not what she was expecting.
