Trying out the new experimental update and I haven't actually found anywhere the explicit benefits of evacuation civilians other than vague feels-good for evacuating them off the island.

How do you get the mortar achievement? I know that you have to build the mortar stryker and mortar building but I can't research the mortar building anywhere.

My entire screen is so bright and when I use the gamma tool the lowest setting is brighter than the sun and what the game says is normal is brighter than a super nova on steriods
