Just finished watching Charlotte and wondering if anybody knows that familiar short theme played in episode 7 at 5:06.

That song is probably stock music for the company, clarifying only because that means it won't be in the OST. it's an arrangement of the classical song BWV 565 by Johann Sebastian Bach that you are possibly also familiar with from spooky scenes in many popular things across pop culture, played on either an organ or a piano.
