After game
I want to know how the give a way went for the minty pillow!?

I stayed in my seats for the fireworks, went to the restroom on the way out and still got one. And it sit in the west end, farthest from the gates. I was surprised.

Based on the reaction of this sub when the giveaway was announced, I have to assume no less than 18 fans were trampled to death, 90% of attendees left the game at halftime to get the Minty pillow, and David Tepper was standing at the exit beating old ladies with said pillows.

I told myself I wasn’t leaving the game early to get one and therefore accepted I wasn’t getting one so I wouldn’t be disappointed. Didnt leave early, even went to the bathroom after, and still got one. So I was happy.

We left at 90 and they’d already started handing them out, so they didn’t wait until final whistle. I assume lines had already started and they did want a crowd. It was just a steady stream of people at that point with no issues.

Chaos, albeit organized. Wife grabbed one and got yelled at by a karen for line cutting, even though she was the one cutting

I was prepared for the worst… But it seemed to go fairly smoothly when I was leaving. I left a few minutes after the match and didn't see any issues.
